If you are a resident of the United States and find yourself dissatisfied with any product purchased directly from us or from one of our authorized sellers, we invite you to contact us for a possible replacement, or for compensation reflecting the full value of your purchase. Please note that our satisfaction guarantee does not apply to products purchased from unauthorized sellers, as we cannot assure their quality. This guarantee is exclusively available to the original, end-user purchaser and is valid for 60 days from the purchase date.

How to Claim the Guarantee

To initiate a guarantee claim, please reach out to us via email at info@evang13.sg-host.com. Have information ready regarding where and when you purchased your product. If your claim is approved, you will be asked to provide proof of purchase and instructed to send your product to our claims processing location within the United States.

Please ensure that the name of the customer submitting the guarantee request is clearly referenced in the materials you send. Your guarantee request must be made within 60 days from the date of purchase. Note that customers are responsible for any shipping costs incurred when mailing the product to our claims processing location.

Guarantee Guidelines

Rick Scott Designer LLC reserves the right to verify the validity of your information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny guarantee requests at our discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if it is determined that a customer has abused the Rick Scott Designer LLC Satisfaction Guarantee.
